ReChecking and ReTotalling

The term ReChecking and ReTotaling means just totaling of your marks given by one examiner, just to check if there is any mistake in totaling of your marks.

ReTotaling is rarely results in a major change in total marks scored, but it is worth and should try. You will need to apply online to your respective board or university for rechecking. There is a nominal charge for this ranging from Rs 20 to 300 depending on the state you belongs to and the examination board you are applying for rechecking. 



ReMarking or ReEvaluation

While ReMarking and ReEvaluation Means marking of your sheet again by another person.  Yes, it can make a big difference in your marks and may be your marks can be changed from 1-10 in one subject depending on the circumstances, or may be it can make dramatic change to your results.  But always it should not be taken into consideration that your marks will only increase, there is a possibility of decrease in marks but it happens rarely.
